Candidata was born from a simple truth: learning data analytics is one thing—knowing how to apply it and land a job is another.

After years in the field of data analytics, I saw too many aspiring analysts stuck with the technical knowledge, unsure how to apply this practically to bridge the gap between learning and employment. They didn’t need more theory; they needed clarity, structure, and support.

That’s why I created Candidata: to offer practical, real-world training that helps you grow into the analyst that companies are genuinely looking for.

Meet the Founder

I am Almu Hernández, a data analytics specialist with more than 15 years of experience. I’m a trainer of restless minds who want to reinvent themselves as analysts in order to find a job that allows them to lead the life they want.

Throughout my career, I noticed a recurring challenge: talented individuals struggling to transition from learning to employment. I decided to shift my focus and create a space for practical training and guidance to help aspiring analysts apply their skills, build confidence, and get hired by companies who recognise their value for roles built on a true mutual fit.
