These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any digital products provided by Candidata (Almu Hernández Álvarez), including but not limited to the Theory to Practice Playbook (“Product”). By purchasing, accessing, or using this Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, materials, design elements, and intellectual property within our digital products are owned by Candidata (Almu Hernández Álvarez) and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of the product without express written permission.

2. Personal Use Only

You are granted access solely for personal, individual use. Use in any corporate, educational, commercial, or group setting—including internal trainings, workshops, or classrooms—is strictly prohibited without a separate commercial license.

You are not permitted to:

• Share, distribute, or resell the product or its content
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Upload or use the content for AI or machine learning training
• Transfer access to another individual or organisation

3. Access Period

Access to the Theory to Practice Playbook is provided for 6 months from the date of purchase (as long as it’s after the release date), as stated in our product FAQ. Access to any additional products may vary and will be clearly stated on the product page.

4. Commercial Use & Licensing

If you wish to use our products in a professional, corporate, training, coaching, or educational capacity, please contact us to request a commercial license. Unauthorised commercial use is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

5. No Refunds

All purchases are final sale. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

6. Product Updates

We may occasionally update or enhance our digital products. Customers may be offered upgrades when new content (such as additional cases) is added. We reserve the right to update product content at any time without prior notice. Please note this may affect your saved progress at times, however we will do our best to inform you of these changes.

7. Disclaimer

The case studies and data presented in our products are entirely fictional and do not represent real individuals or companies. However, they are designed to reflect realistic industry scenarios to support practical learning and application. At times our system may not be available due to updates or outages—Candidata is not responsible for customers not being able to access content during these times. For any reason there is a significant (long period) where there will be no access, an alternative will be provided as and when possible. We have the right to contact you regarding your product via email—there is no subscribe option for this service, however the emails remain 100% transactional unless you are specifically on a marketing list.

8. Future Products

These terms also apply to any similar future digital products released by Candidata, unless stated otherwise.

9. Candidata Mentorships

Reserva y frecuencia

Primera sesión (Evaluación): debe reservarse en los siguientes 7 días desde la compra de paquetes. Para la Evaluación Independiente & Plan de Acción, esta sesión debe reservarse en los siguientes 14 días a su compra.

Resto de sesiones**: se agendan dentro de las semanas especificadas para cada uno de los paquetes:

– 5 semanas para paquete Perfil Profesional & Entrevistas

– 4 semanas para Lanzamiento de Portfolio

– 8 semanas para paquete Preparación completa (Perfil Profesional & Entrevistas + Lanzamiento de Portfolio)

 

Reprogramaciones y cancelaciones

Reprogramación sin coste con ≥12 h de aviso.

Avisos con <12 h → la sesión se da por consumida.

No show / llegada >15 min de retraso → se da por consumida.

Cancelación del paquete:

– Antes de la sesión de Evaluación: reembolso íntegro.

– Tras sesión de Evaluación: no hay reembolsos.

 

Política de sesión suelta

La única sesión suelta es la de Evaluación Independiente & Plan de Acción.

No se ofrecen más sesiones sueltas después de la sesión de Evaluación Independiente & Plan de Acción; para continuar se requiere la contratación de un paquete.

Se pueden añadir sesiones sueltas una vez se acabe un paquete.

Si te apuntas a un paquete en los 7 días posteriores a la sesión de Evaluación Independiente & Plan de Acción, ésta será equivalente a la sesión de Evaluación incluida en el paquete y será reembolsado el coste equivalente a una sesión adicional de dicho paquete.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of any digital product after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
